KVKK Notice
A clear explanation of how and why we process personal data.
This page explains the data protection approach that applies to RASKAN’s website and digital services.
1. Data controller
For the purposes of Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), RASKAN is the data controller. Contact: info@raskanajans.com, workwith@raskanajans.com, +90 542 441 21 96, Aydin/Efeler.

3. Collection methods
Data is collected through website forms, the RASKAN AI chat area, email, phone, website server/API logs and browser localStorage, by automated or partly automated means.
4. Sharing and international transfers
Where necessary and limited to the stated purposes, data may be shared with appointment/chat infrastructure, hosting/CDN and security providers, competent public authorities, or legally authorized persons and organizations. Because the site uses Google Fonts, browser connection data may reach Google's infrastructure. Where an international transfer is required, the safeguards and conditions required by KVKK are applied.
5. Retention and security
Browser form and chat drafts are kept for approximately 30 minutes. Server-side records are limited to the period required by the relevant purpose and legal obligations. RASKAN seeks to take appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent unlawful processing and access.
6. Data subject rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose and whether it is used appropriately, learn the recipients of transfers, request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, request deletion or destruction where legally applicable, ask that those actions be notified to recipients, object to a result from solely automated analysis, and request compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
You may send privacy requests to info@raskanajans.com. Applications must include the identity and request information required by KVKK and related regulations. Requests are concluded as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on their nature. Additional information may be requested for the application method or identity verification.
